Council to employ an Inclusion Support Officer which is an identified position for someone with lived experience with disability. One role of this Officer would to be a community liaison for people with disability.

Council to review position descriptions to identify which roles may be flexible/job share/work from home and do not require a Driver's Licence. Advertisements should note that people with disability are encouraged to apply.

Council to reinvigorate the volunteering matching program updating volunteering opportunities to current and ensure Council volunteer Induction is modified into different formats suitable for people with disabilities.

Council to develop a Council meeting wrap-up video with the Mayor and a DAIP Committee volunteer (with disability) with closed captions.
