  • Please complete the following information to apply for a Southern Ports Highway pink Road Access Permit from Wattle Range Council. 

    Council is pleased to announce the reconstruction of the Southern Ports Highway between the Southend turn off and Beachport outlet. This long-awaited project will significantly improve road safety and reliability in the region. The roadworks will be completed in stages and there will be periods of full road closures.

    Local residents and businesses who regularly travel between Southend and Beachport may be granted a permit and allowed access under restricted conditions (25 km/h). 

    Regular road users with a permit are recommended to download the Antenno app and add the Southern Ports Highway as a place of interest to be notified of changes to access conditions.
