Survey | Engagement Evaluation

Before Council finalises the Code Amendment, we would like to ask you to complete this short survey to share your feedback on our engagement.

This survey completes the final required step in the code amendment process and will be used to evaluate the engagement process against the State Planning Commission Community Engagement Charter. 

Your responses will be included in the Engagement Report and provided to the Minister for Planning who will make a determination on the code amendment.
